Seller was as good as can be. No issues at all. Necklace was perfect. Writing on the necklace was very much readable. Not sure why some people are saying the font is too small. Maybe they just need to order some reading glasses because I can read mine from 10’ away.

This piece is quite small. You don’t notice the engraving all that much, but my daughter knows it’s there and that’s what counts. My only issue is that the birthstone I chose was ruby (July’s birthstone) and it looks more like a hot pink.

My stepdaughter just had her first child the end of February. We bought the chain and charm set for her for her birthday March 12. The charm turned out beautiful it’s not flimsy at all, very good quality. To our surprise the chain was very nice & sturdy as well!

The necklace is very nice and I am happy with it. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law and she is also very happy with it. While the necklace did arrive in its estimated arrival window, I felt like the shipping itself was slow. I assumed the big delivery window was to allow time to customize the item, but it actually shipped in 2 days. However it took 2 weeks to arrive after I was notified that it had shipped. I would order again and am happy with the necklace, just be prepared for it to take a while to arrive.
