I called cat's claws fasteners to see if these would work for my intended purpose. They were very informative and helpful. I ended up ordering two packages, and then an additional two packages, because they were perfect for the job. These are so much more secure than doing crown staples and so much less hassle than additional trim on top of crown Staples to hold my half inch hardware cloth mesh securely to my chicken run. I'm sure I'll be keeping some of these on hand for the foreseeable future. These would be perfect for fence applications or anywhere else you need a fastener that can be installed and removed multiple times! 2nd order - already planning to buy more for my fall chicken run expansion.

I've purchased these twice and had great results using them. I installed 800 ft of welded dog wire for a chicken run and they make attaching the wire to the post a breeze. No more pinched or smashed fingers fooling with metal staple. They are especially handy when the wire is a bit too far from the post because you can push everything together and fasten at the same time. Turns a two person job into a one person job. I must admit they are a bit pricey but worth it in the long run. Great Product.....

Do they cost more than staples? Yes! You can’t reuse a staple, or the fence you stretched and stapled - in my experience, but you can re-use both with these. You need to move your fence? Way easier with these. You will work faster, so what is your time worth?Made in Montana! Don’t buy the cheap knock off’s when it comes to these or none of us will have what we need to work later. They are gold in the field.I’m just a user with fewer fence problems now, nobody paid me, and don’t endorse things that let me down. Good stuff - right here, so buy from them and keep em going.

This product made it super easy to repair my pasture fence, no more hammering staples for me. Will have to see how they hold up over time.

So much faster than pounding in fencing nails. Highly recommend for any fencing job.

After using these I hope I don't have to ever go back to using fencing staples! These install very easily and quickly. They work great with any kind of fencing on wood posts. I did have a few that the screws broke, but that could be attributed to the high torque of my driver. I have used these on several hundred feet of fencing using cattle panels. I plan on ordering again as needed.

This is a great fastener. It took half the time to install wire over wood posts!!

Very handy for certain posts where a staple is hard to use.

We installed nearly 400 ft of fencing using these into 4x4 pressure treated posts and cedar poles. They are easy to use, gripped the wire fencing well and are still in place and holding well 6 months on.

It’s pricey but way easier to work on a fence without help.
