Maps International Giant World Map Poster – Mega-Map of The World – Front Lamination - 48 x 78

I was going to write a horrible review because Siam was not included. But then I realized Siam is only on the old Risk maps and it is, in fact, the country of Thailand. Seriously though, great map. It is very detailed but easy to read.

I have been looking for a large map for my home office for three months. My office is rather large with 9½ foot ceilings so I need something that could fill the space. This map is perfect and of excellent quality. The detail is perfect and my 71yr old eyes can read it without glasses. I took some beautiful ⅜ X 1 ½ inch mahogany and sandwiched the top and bottom edges between two pieces, letting the wood rails overhang ¾ inch on each side. This gave the map an expensive finished look. Every that sees this maps complements us on how great it looks.

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson for his birthday for his room. He has literally been around the world and has lived in and visited many different countries with his military family. When I gave this to him, the whole family loved it and was so impressed by its size and sturdiness and especially the details on the map, showing different countries with large lettering, and the relief feature of the mountains and seas completes it! I have been a map lover since little and I plan to buy one for my wall, too. Excellent choice, and I would recommend highly to others!

I bought this world map for one of our Sunday school classes, the teacher was absolutely blown away by the clarity of the map. And he is not a person who is very easily impressed. Would I recommend this product?, the answer is absolutely! As a matter of fact I am in the process of checking to see if this company has some old world maps of the Holy Land. So if your in the market for a really good map, check these folks out!

I bought this for my office. It's huge. The laminated front is a big plus. it arrived in goos condition. I just think if the space was well used the actual map print could be bigger. a lot of space on the bottom of the map.

I was surprised at how large it turned out to be, but luckily the hallway wall in the alcove outside my office had room for it. It is full of color and is a truly stunning presentation of the whole world. With the rapid development of China, Russia, Eurasia etc., I wanted to become more familiar with places on earth. My previous map was from the Soviet period! This beautiful map will surely be a conversation piece for my colleagues and students.

I've been looking for a large map to put in my room that has great detail and is aesthetically pleasing. Other maps I've come across are either poorly made material, not detailed, or obnoxiously colored. I plan to hang this on my wall and stick pins I've collected from around the world. This is perfect for it. The detail is amazing and the colors are vibrant. I've been shopping for a long time and this is the map for me.
