Great little keypad, documentation sucks...
The keypad has two modes: Windows and Mac/Linux. The manual does not explain how to ID one from the other or how to change between the two. (Press F13 and the Enter Key until the the F16 key light changes).Made things strange since I could not use the number pad in Excel until I switched to Mac/Linux mode. I use this with a MacBook Pro 2019. Key feature not listed is the Screen Capture button on the top row, second form the right. Excellent device. Documentation? Sucks...

Updated from 1 to 3 stars. See update below:
I bought this product in August. It is now the end of November, and after 4 months of periodic use several of the number keys no longer work. I would have given this a 5 star rating because it worked great up until recently. I liked that it felt sturdy and seemed to be made of quality material. I also really liked the backlighting. BUT, at this price it should last MUCH longer that 4 months, especially considering casual use and being well taken care of. It is now a paper weight and outside my return window. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Updated Review: After reading several reviews I found out that Jelly Comb offers a 1 year warranty on their items. I went to their website and completed a warranty initiation. After providing them with my amazon order number and my shipping address they sent out a replacement key pad. I upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars because of the no hassle warranty claim. I have not used the replacement key pad long enough to vouch for it's longevity, and I will update my review (and adjust the star rating appropriately) once I have more information on that.

Perfect!
I have tried several 10 keys to find what I personally needed in a keypad: thin keys that are about the same size as my laptop keypad, something that would work in iOS Microsoft Excel, and something that would not go to sleep if I didn’t use it for an hour or so. (All other trials have mostly served to show me what doesn’t work!) This keypad meets all my needs. It’s also wireless! Bonus: has arrow keys and the fun backlight colors. This is the only one I’ve been able to connect to my MacBook by just selecting connect Bluetooth device and ensuring the device was on. It was originally in the wrong mode, but in 10 seconds, I’d updated the brightness, backlight color, and mode and had it running exactly right. It didn’t go to sleep between my day entries, and the size of the keys was approximately the same from my keypad to this device. My only downside is that it cost about twice what I’d *hoped* to spend (see trials of what was wrong in other trials), but I am willing to buy this item that meets all my required needs!

Nice 10 Key but certain numbers stopped working
I like how slim and portable the Jelly Comb wireless 10 key is (model IWG-ZXX01). I have a Macbook Pro so I had to switch the 10 key over to make it compatible with my computer. I have been using it for about one month before I started noticing delays between pressing the key and it registering on my computer. Next, the 7,8, & 9 keys stopped registering altogether. I keep it charged as necessary, and switch it off when not in use. It's been a little over a month and now it is inoperable because of this issue. I am disappointed that I spent so much on this product not get a good return on my investment. I can say that when it was working properly it worked well which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Unreliable
I really wanted a bluetooth 10-key pad that would work with both windows and mac. I use a compact keyboard with my windows laptop and also wanted something that could work as a keyboard extension for my macbook pro. This pretty much fits the bill, BUT I'm not sure if it's the connectivity or the hardware itself, but I have to pay attention to when I'm using it to type numbers because it misses characters (particularly 3's) on a fairly routine basis. For someone who uses Excel fairly regularly and types 10 key pretty quickly, this can be an issue. I've had to go back a few times because I've entered numbers into something and then had to troubleshoot because the result did not make sense. I'm thinking I probably should have just gone with either the Belkin version that Apple has listed on their website and perhaps figured out a separate solution for my PC work laptop.

Working with a toddler? No problem
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I am loving my number pad!!Since upgrading to a Mac computer from a HP, I was used to the numeric pad already being on the keyboard. We have a landscaping company, so I do the majority of invoicing this facilitates it so much! I have a small toddler so most of my emailing and invoicing is done at night when he is sleeping, or in the afternoon when he is napping. The backlight is a hugs bonus!!! SUPER EASY bluetooth connection, and if it makes it easier you can keep it connected to the USB. That works best for me since I always lose everything 🤦🏻♀️

Works great, but first one broken
The product itself is 5 stars, it works great and has a nice feel to typing plus has extra buttons, like directional keys, that are extremely helpful for rapid data entry. The back light is also nice, adjustable on color and brightness. However, the first one that showed up to me wouldn't stay paired, wouldn't work while charging and had a faulty Connect button (it didn't have a feedback sound which I found out through the 2nd one that it should). With a quick and easy swapout, the 2nd shipment was the exact opposite of the original receipt. So if it's acting funny, just exchange it. Glad I repurchased instead of looking elsewhere.
