I personally like these sponges a great deal.Yes, they are thin (about half the thickness of the average sponge), however you do not notice any loss when you are washing your dishes.I have purchased many scrub/sponges in the past, expensive types and cheap types. The main difference between those being how long the scrub side lasts. The scrub side on these work great and do not degrade quickly, so you are able to use them for a much longer period of time. They also do not seem to retain bacteria as easily as any of the other sponges I have used. They do not get that "ick" smell (usually means it is full of bacteria) that all the other sponges I have used, tend to get.I am thrilled to have found a biodegradable sponge that cleans as good or better, and that lasts longer than the non-biodegradable sponges. This is now my go to sponge, and I will continue to purchase them.So if you care about the environment, and/or just want a decent sponge, albeit thin, try this one out.

These sponges are thinner than the ones I usually use but work great. One side is coarse and the other is more spongy. They are very durable. Great price. I actually sent a few to my daughter’s house. Great deal and I highly recommend

I don't have a dishwasher so I wash dishes and call it free therapy! When I opened the package, I was surprised that the sponges were thin, unlike the normal sponges I've used. On the back of the package there's a "Friendly Reminder" that reads, "Take it out ... and leave it to expand a few minutes to its original full size and fluffy absorbent nature." I'm not sure what that means! ... (I digress.) When washing dishes I find it easier to manipulate around glass and cup rims, the thin sponge fits my hands better and glides over the surfaces of plates. I will buy again, and perhaps update my review after I've used it for a while to test its endurance. 5 STARS!

Pretty dish sponge at a good price. The sponge is not individually wrapped and is small and thin. Get the job done, but I doubt I will buy this again.

Great quality for the price, same quality as the sponges I buy three of for the same $ amount!!! The scrubbing portion stays attached and they stay sponge-firm even after 2 weeks of use. I got the tan colored ones that show dirt more readily bc I switch them out often, retiring ‘older’ ones to use on floors and pet littler boxes. I like that the color shows dirt well, so get darker ones if that would bother you. They work really well and are easy to use bc of the scrubbing side. I think they are eco-friendly bc I’m not getting a few at a time, and the packaging was vacuumed to save shipping space, I liked that a lot!

These sponges were a great deal and came in a small package. They were vacuum sealed, to help with limiting packaging supplies and I appreciate the eco friendly effort. When inflated with water, they were a little smaller than expected. This is ok with me, but maybe someone else would mind. They work very well and have a good scrubbing capability. After getting fully wet, they aren’t stiff or too scratchy. The color is as expected for a natural sponge

Thinner then I had expected but they do the job! They fit into your hand a little smaller then other sponges, but not a lot. They last a long time. Easy to clean. No smell.
