After reading how critiqued this product was, I still had to give it a try. Guys you really have to know how to properly use this product in the same way professional hair stylists would use to create the right affect. Used the right amount on my hair and it worked. Becareful with the comb you use, amount of water on hair and amount of wax used. It's not easy to achieve, but the product does work. You just have to know how to use it.

Wasn't terribly difficult to use, but be prepared for some cleanup. It washes off pretty easily though. I wasnt sure exactly how to use it, but I figured it out.First, get your hair a bit moist, then apply it generously. Comb it into your hair. Next, dry your hair with COLD air. I spent about a half hour using a hair dryer on hot before I figured that out. As your hair is drying, keep brushing it every few minutes to separate the strands and spread the color around, until your hair is COMPLETELY dry. Once your hair is completely dry, the color will be evenly applied and your hair should look normal, but feel a bit wiry and chalky. This stuff DOES come off onto anything that touches it, even while dry, but it washes out of clothes and really just leaves a sort of shimmer on anything else. The color is SUPER vibrant - I have dark brown hair and used the green without bleaching my hair, and my hair was a light minty green for a day and a half. Came out easily in the shower.

The effect is really good. It's no less than spending hundreds of dollars in the barber's shop. The color is very beautiful and natural. It's a good hair dye. It has positive color and no smell. My hair is extremely damaged. After using this hair dye, it is still smooth without hair breakage

So this is really easy to use! I used this product for my sons “crazy hair day” at school during covid. My son has autism and sensory processing disorder (which is why he’s wearing headphones) as well as naturally curly hair if that helps and was totally fine with wearing this in his hair all day. To apply the hair must be wet so I used a spray bottle to get it to just before dripping wet, then I used gloves to stroke it through the hair, and then dried with a hair dryer and after that can be combed through. While it’s wet it will get on anything so I was proactive and made sure any furniture my son might roll onto was covered in advance. Hair drying was taking forever so once it was just “damp” and I combed it and scrunched it with a towel I used a secondary product— a glitter hairspray to set his hair in place. I included the product I used in a photo here. With the hairspray in place you can then touch your hair without worrying about it rubbing off onto anything. It felt like any hair sprayed hair once that was in. It stayed in his hair all day and we washed it out after school. It did take a long time to come out because I wanted to be sure it didn’t get in his eyes. I used our regular curly hair product DEVA conditioner and had to do it twice but by the end it came out fine. It did not stain tiles, flooring, or our stone countertops but it did stain the bathtub a bit. No more than what we get out of any bath bomb and I expect it’ll wash out in a week. This kind of hair wax does not stick to the hands and does not stick to the hair. The light fragrance is very comfortable, and the effect on the upper part is also very comfortable. It can be designed in various ways, and it is very smooth. It can not be deformed all day. Moreover, it is convenient to carry. The product quality is really beyond saying. I am very satisfied with the one-time shopping.

Very easy to use. I recommend using gloves otherwise it is hard to wash off of your hands. Washes out of hair very easily. Also if using on long hair it works better if after applying you then comb/brush thru hair but will tint comb/brush. My kids love it. Very fun and better than the spray colors.

The only color that is shown correctly is the light green. The other colors that come in this package are very dark and ugly. The purple isn’t a pretty purple it’s an ugly very dark purple. When I added some pink to try to make the purple lighter it didn’t help, because the pink is not a light pink, it’s too dark and ugly. The blue is also dark but when you add the light green to it you can get teal if that’s your goal. Otherwise don’t bother with this product because they’re lying about the colors shown. (You don’t have to use a hair dryer because it will dry on its own.)

Most products of this type are intuitive enough to use w/o the instructions. This stuff doesn't seem to work even with its instructions. I tried getting it to work on my eyebrows and had no luck. I can't vouch for its effectiveness in your hair (I literally just wanted a product for eyebrows), but I am skeptical given some of the other reviews. So, if you already know you like this product, then great. Otherwise, keep in mind that it is not really the user friendly product its advertises itself to be.
