I like it looks like an old clock and is accurate on the time. I saw other reviews saying its cheaply made. Yes, its plastic but it was reasonably priced and it works well for what I wanted so I'm happy with it. We've had it for a while an no problems.

This is a very nice looking clock. It keeps perfect time and it looks great on my wall in the living room.

It’s a beautiful clock but it has flaws. It’s very VERY difficult to get the pendulum to stay on. I had to use tape to get it to stay on. I don’t know how someone could could put on the pendulum and replace the backplate without it falling off. Also, the plastic is cheap and breaks easily. Otherwise a wonderful looking clock.

This product is so cheap and poorly made. It is cheap plastic and very flimsy. The pendulum will not stay attached and the clock runs extremely fast. I changed time 3 time before even trying to put it on the wall. I immediately called amazon and they wanted to give me grief about my refund. DO MO PURCHASES THIS PIECE OF JUNK.....ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

This clock was just what I was looking for. Wanted a wood "look" clock in a grandfather style with a pendulum. Most options were either too expensive or too large. The "finish" on the plastic housing gives a nice appearance of aged wood stain. The dimensions of this clock were perfect for the wall space I needed to fill. I did have to follow the manufacturer's suggestion of removing the back to securely attach the pendulum to the swing arm. The slot for the AA battery was too tight to get the battery to completely seat. But, it went in far enough to start the mechanism. Only had it a day so can't speak to the movement's accuracy. We'll see. To anyone complaining that this is cheap - uh, you only paid $24 bucks for it. This is not an heirloom piece. It's not going to be a bequest in your will (unless you have a lousy estate). But, if you're looking for an inexpensive, compact grandfather styled wall clock with pendulum action - look no farther...UPDATE: Clock movement running for 4-days... Spot-on accurate...

Replaced a clock that wore out. It’s adequate.

It was a pretty clock. BUT it did not work properly. The mechanism still lagged after being reat and placing a new Duracell battery in it. It hung once for 2 hours and was behind 30 minutes. It hung again for 18 hours and lagged for 3.5 hours. The refund transaction was swift and easy via Amazon and Kohl's.

I like just about everything. Only problem I had was connecting the pendalum. I had to remove the back of the clock to connect it. Other than that, a great clock, looks good, keeps time very well and just looks really good on my wall.
