Unsuitable for sidewise & backwards fall prone pts. Too costly coz of patent.
The walker is suitable to prevent forwarde falls. In other situations it doesn't justify its worth.

Poor After Sales service
While the product is excellent and gave my mother a new lease of life after a non-union fracture in the leg, there is no After Sales service available in cities other than Kolkatta. Considering the price point at which the product comes, this is not acceptable!
