Provides the basic needed vitamins in a lovely chewy format. I have concerns regarding the vitamin industry and whether or not they are truly needed, but on the weighing of merit, I have a firm believe that it cannot be bad for you, and is probably good.Tastes good, no stomach issues from it, and sensibly packed.

I was looking for a vitamin supplement that had the ingredients I needed and had something about it that meant I wouldn't forget to take it. These gummies fill the bill. I have a sweet tooth and am trying to give up sweets - so I now limit myself to two a day and they are the two multivit gummies I take each day. Sweet, chewy, great taste and good for me - win-win. I take them first thing in the morning before I get ready for the day, and a little while lateras my routine ends I fninish by cleaning my teeth -so limiting any dental issues from the gummies. What's not to love.
