I have just purchased this product, so i have yet to see results. They are gluten, dairy, and soy free, which I love because I cannot have any of those foods. The only downsides are they have a bitter flavor and they are not coated witch makes them a bit harder to swallow.

I like this product. It hasn't even been a month and my knees feel so much better.I was on my knees cleaning yesterday and realized I didn't have my knee pads on.The other thing I noticed is it's not hurting to go down the stairs like it did.I would buy this product again. I take 3 tablets a day.

Did subscription, received 2nd bottle, still waiting for ebook?? Clearly does not get sent to your email when ordered. Disappointed in that. I’m confused on dosage my bottle states 3/day...and I’ve seen on ordering page 5/day. Not sure what to think. Maybe the elusive PDF book explains that. Hmmm

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks, and I have noticed increased energy during my long workouts. Also, my muscles have been less sore and stiff afterward. So far, these have been working well and I plan to order them again.

I’ve only been using a few days but I’ve found that my delayed muscle soreness has been reduced and I’m not as hungry between meals or in the evening. My strength seems to be improving in my workouts as well. I will continue using this product.
