I bought these for seed beads and they are so sticky,I can’t get my beads off! I even tried collecting lint from my blanket to try to lessen the stick. I have one that is completely stuck together and can’t get it apart. I suppose for a phone or something heavy they would work but not tiny beads. Waste of my money.

I keep one on my desk to catch the small stuff that always goes everywhere. I do a lot of crafting at my desk so it is handy for pins and my diamond painting glues. I also keep a couple by my sewing machine. It is great for pins and needles! Keeps them from falling off onto the floor! When they lose their stickiness you just rinse them off in the sink and allow to dry!

These would definitely be perfect in a car or somewhere else where you want to attach something pretty much permanently. Some people have used this type of thing to stick on their diamond painting tray while their table or easel is tilted. These are NOT what you want for those as they basically are glued permanently to the diamond tray. There is no way you can empty your tray because it will be stuck on this mat.

I got these thinking that it would work to hold the tray for me when I was doing by diamond painting and it works great for that... until you want to pick up the tray to empty it. I made the mistake of trying to ease it off of the pad and.... diamond dots everywhere!! How many? Glad you asked... My carpet now has a sparkle to it, my chair glistens and I noticed that there are sparkles in the cat's litter box... These pads have, however, worked very well on my computer desk to hold my mouse pad in place and I used one tohold the lamp on my bedside table which frustrates our cat who insists that the lamp belongs on the floor. Win/Win!!
