Custom Project
I didnt use these to replace sockets in an existing lamp. I did a custom job by adding them to my torchiere lights when I changed from the halogen bulbs to LED. They dont make an LED bulb that is as bright as what I need so I used these to put two LED bulbs in the light.Long story short, they worked just fine for what I was doing.

Wires too short!
The lead cords are too short. I had to make the connection inside the switch box. Hard to crimp inside the box. There was not enough wire to bring it out where you could be able to crimp the wires together. There should be at least another inch of wire.
