Good solution for side plate mount at a good price.

It's made from cheap, soft metal and the threads and head of the screws will strip easily if you're not careful. If you don't tighten it enough, however, it will rattle and loosen. I could not even use the item because it did not fit the tow hook on my car (it was too small). Don't waste your money.
