Wonderful Product
This product came just as advertised. I was able to program new admin smart keys for my 2016 Ford Expedition. I figured it would take an hour or more just to learn how to use it, but it worked the first time and only took 10 minutes. And it has countless other features that I will be able to use in the future. Excellent customer service who responded to all of my questions immediately. I’m more than satisfied with the item and the service. A+++

Satisfactory product. Excellent customer support.
I use this pretty much only for programming transponder keys, so that aspect is the only capability about which I can comment, but I have no overt complaints about that specifically.My one complaint is that the updates are a bit troublesome, but that may be exclusive to my connection. If I select to download all, it downloads 2 or 3 and then tells me there is a network error, so I have to restart the process. It can be quite annoying when there are 20 updates.The customer service however is truly top-notch. Prompt, thorough, and very polite.

Good Device
My item stopped working after not using it for so long. Tech support helped me with the device & stated for safety reasons if I don’t use the device automatically stops working(incase of theft). They helped me fix the issue & kept in contact until it was fixed. Great Service
