I’ve been satisfied with the way this seems to brighten up my complexion. I think it seems to speed up cell renewal helps with that full complexion you get as you get older. I always use it as directed, but it does tingle or burn a little when you first put it on, but it goes away quickly and I don’t see any rash or redness that lasts for more than a few seconds— if at all. I always put on moisturizer afterward and my acne prone skin has been staying clear and less oily/dry and more evenly toned and balanced all over. Usually I have an oily T zone and dry areas around my eyes, cheeks and mouth. But using this with a good moisturizer afterward, skin isn’t dull and seems much smoother and more even.

First, I don't have sensitive skin, just 72yr old skin. This product works so well to lighten the spots on the backs of my hand AND even out the skin tone of my face. Packaged into these capsules mean the Vit C stays active. Air and sunlight just zap it. So forget the creams or other open containers of Vit C. This is an amazing product that has other women asking me what I use to keep the backs of my hands looking so young AND what a glowing complexion I have - well it's this product. (Follow directions)

I had to learn how to apply these capsules to get the coverage I want. While the cream spreads well, the capsules are filled with a very limited amount. If you're planning to use a single capsule for application, prepare to apply to priority spots first with pinhead drops and complete your coverage as you can after that. If you like more thorough coverage, you're going to need at least two capsules at a time. I experienced some low level irritation the first few times I used them, but that has disappeared.

This stuff is amazing. I really does what they claim. You can see a difference in just one week. It's even better than that. I saw a difference after three nights of use. I had one particularly annoying dark spot on my cheekbone that had been there for several years and after just one week it is barely visibly. I have some other dark spots too and those are fading also. I am very impressed at how easy and fast this worked. There was some tingling & alittle bit of a sting right after putting it on but it didn't last and well worth what you'll get in return. I will definitely buy this again.

I only can use this once a week, and even then my skin tingles to the point of discomfort/burning. I don’t consider my skin overly sensitive or damaged, so not sure why this is so irritating. I have used other vitamin C products in the past without experiencing this sensation. I won’t be buying again.

Im glad I can buy these here.. they work wonders, i have sensitive skin and other vitamin c products irritate my skin and these dont.. the most iv felt was a slight tingle that lasts for like 4 seconds n then its gone. I have extreamly oily skin and these are not oily at all..

The beaten up package arrived with a price sticker of $27.61 reduced from $42.49. I paid $46 and felt completely ripped off.

I have been using this product daily now for two years. When I finish this product, this time it will be the last time I use it. I have been using it to try to lighten some minor dark spots on my cheeks and head. From being in the sun playing sports and going to the beach on vacation, I do have some minor sun damage. This product has done nothing for those areas I have been using it on. I find the capsules very annoying to use. There is too much in each capsule for me to use one completely in one use. So I use half a capsule in the morning and the other half in the evening. I also do not like when opening each capsule it immediately squirts out. I find the serum incredibly emollient. I do have a slight tingling sensation when I apply this product to my cheek areas. It dissipates after about 20 seconds. At this price point, I would expect more from this product than being just a moisturizer. The product should perform as promised by Neutrogena and lighten dark spots and sun damage. I simply cannot recommend it for that purpose after using this product for two years with zero change to my skin tone.
