I was skeptical because of the price, but due to some pretty solid reviews I decided to pick up this set for a stripped out tensioner bolt. It took the bolt out QUICK. It took me longer to get my big hands into the engine compartment than it did actually using the extractor. Since I’ve bought abused the heck out of the set and the durability is extremely impressive. Nice case, works like a champ, great price, seems durable so far. Can be used with a 3/8” drive ratchet/breakerbar or a wrench if your tight on space. A purchase I’m happy I made.

This is a must have tool kit; for any mechanic , handy man, hobbies, and even do it your self car maintenance and motorcycle . Has saved me lots of headaches in a shot time that I have owned the kit. Quality is great. and they work like magic, no hassle . it truly does what it says.

This set was a life-saver!! I was replacing the transmission mount on my 2005 F150 with the 4R70E transmission and just couldn't get the transmission mount bolt on the driver side to budge. I started by heating the bolt head then using a breaker bar, but the darn thing didn't budge. Instead all of the various sockets I tried on the bolt kept slipping and eventually I tried a very powerful impact wrench and this just smoothed the edges of the head of the bolt, so much so that normal sockets were no longer gripping. I was stuck for days and days. I ordered this set and used the 13mm socket, heated the opposite end of the bolt and tapped this socket on with a hammer, inserted the breaker bar and with some force it finally moved and I was able to take it completely out with a low level impact wrench after that. The other side i.e. the passenger side bolt was difficult as well but no where nearly as difficult as the driver side and so this kit, really literally saved me loads of stress, time and money. I highly, highly, highly recommend you getting it. It was even more impressive that it worked great the very first attempt. Having to push and use it in an upwards direction from under the vehicle and looking up, and not having a more favourable horizontal or downward position, makes it even more impressive. I absolutely love this kit!! Added to all that in my opinion the build quality is very good - none of the sockets looked or felt flimsy when I inspected them and the proof's in the pudding....it works extremely well!!

Removed stripped rusty nuts on my car’s exhaust system. Would buy again.

Awesome product. For the price it is a no-brainer and as a diesel mechanic it has never let me down.

If you are worried this won’t work just get it! I was amazed how easy it was to remove the 50 year old security door bolts! Just find the right size and hit it with a hammer till it’s on the bolt and use a ratchet!

Used on 2011 FJ Cruiser - Skid plate screws. I stripped the 12 mm head on on of the skid plate bolts. decided to give this set a try before using a jackhammer. It worked great and was able to take out the bolt without braking it off. I only used it with a hand ratchet and not a power tool
