Good desk, great customer service
This desk comes in one box. It's quite heavy, so plan for help moving it.Assembly is mostly easy, but there is one corner bolt which needs to be installed before the two desks are joined together. The instructions are pictorial only, so you may discover this a bit late...It's a reasonably sturdy design for a good price.I do want to shout-out to the goodgood store: The first desk we received was badly damaged in shipment. They worked with me to document the damage and quickly sent a replacement unit. They kept me informed throughout the replacement process and always communicated professionally.I would do business with these folks again!

Great desk
Great desk and quick responsive customer service. First before putting the desk together the company has a very informative video that's 4 min and 28 sec long. My only suggestion is that in step 9 make sure to align piece 12 with the hole on the underside, later in step 16 you'll see why. If you end up with the drafting table not laying flat you might have put the two holes on 12 upward which means you are putting the large hinge on wrong. Otherwise, my desk was delivered in perfect condition and it is very sturdy. It only took the guy I hired about 2 1/2 hours to put it together but since he had piece 12 with the hole up and had attached the piece he ended up having to take that side and the middle apart to rotate piece 12 around. Don't make that mistake and it should be a breeze. I'm a 75-year-old woman and I could have put it together except it would have been difficult for me to handle the amount of time it requires to lay underneath if you are doing this alone. I love the desk. Oh one more thing, I am only 5'5 and the desk is a little high for me in terms of my keyboard. My chair doesn't go up high enough so ergonimically I am sitting with my arms in the wrong position. I plan to buy an attachment to bring my keyboard down and I still might have to buy a new chair. But that has nothing to do with the company. Just and FYIt

Finally an adequate work space!
So far I love this! It’s great for its price and what I need! I work from home and I also am a portrait artist on the side so I needed two separate work spaces that also can fit well in my bedroom. This not only is more than enough space for each work space but also has the additional monitor stand for both of my monitors and the adjustable drawing desk for my paintings with an area on the side for my pallets and tools!Assembly was pretty straight forward. You need a Phillips head screwdriver and it comes with two Allen Keys ( but having extra Allen keys would be helpful if you have two people trying to put screws in)MAKE SURE TO TRIPLE CHECK THE POSITION OF THE HOLES ON THE FRAMES BEFORE SCREWING IN! I had to put together and take apart the pieces of the frame to fix the alignment of the screw holes a few times since the directions are small pictures so it’s a little hard to see where they go.Here are some tips that will make putting it together quicker!:1. Highly recommend reviewing all the steps first before hand as it really helps you sort out the positioning of the frame pieces !! (I would’ve saved so much time if I did this)2. Also build one desk at a time then move into the location you want it before connecting them!3. There are no instructions for how to assemble or properly attach the bracket. The bits that attach it to the desk just snap onto it and you want to make sure the bottom one is pointing down so the desk will sit flat (pictured above)4. Work on a hard level surface as on carpet I had issues with getting all the table tops level with one another5. The screws are alphabetical KEEP THEM THAT WAY or at least in the bags so you don’t mix them up 🤣6. A second pair of hands is helpful! It can be put together with one person but it’s so much faster when two can work on ALL the screws.

Great table but needs instructional tips
This desk looks great. It's nice and sturdy and I would say definitely worth the price. Having a large desk with a raised spot for monitors and a convertable drawing tablet is going to be perfect for me. I would give it 5 stars but I agree the instructions are not as vlear as they could be. They give detailed drawings and labels, but they don't mention a few things that are key to getting this desk put together right the first time. I want to note these things for everyone else so it will make it easier for someone purchasing this desk:1) Make sure to put together both sides before connecting them. On the drawing tablet side, you must screw in the front-right-top-side screw into the 'H' shaped bar before connecting the other horizontal bars and the wedge-shaped metal piece. This is because all the other screws go straight through all the metal frames except this one, which is hidden, and if you don't do this first you'll have to take it apart to get to it. I put that location in a detail photo.2) Make sure all the metal crossbars are level and lined up with the top of the frame. This is because when you add the tabletop, those tops need to be flush with the crossbars as you'll be screwing them in all the way across.3) Make sure all the crossbars are assembled divot-side out. This is because some of the threading on the screws will not catch if they're being pushed away from the tabletop from the flat side, as they're barely long enough. Screw goes into these barely-noticeable divotted sides.4) Be prepared to do several adjustments to the back tabletop piece and the drawing board to get these pieces to fit flush without overlapping and chipping/rubbing eachother when you first test the fit of the assembled drawing table.5) The H shaped bar needs to be flush not only to the top of the frame but also to the front so the drawing hinges line up. If they aren't perfect after doing this, it's still okay as you'll notice the screw holes are a bit maleable as you screw in the hinge screws. That's it! I hope that helps alleviate some frustration for many of you who purchase the table. Once you get it all together it really is excellent. I'll update this review once I'm able to get more use out of it.
