Not what I expected.
This radio is cleverly advertised. I learned the hard way that this is NOT the kenwood series I thought. Tried to make it work but programming is not easy at all. Also I now have one and it will take another $200 to get another so it is useful. Not impressed at all!

Doesn't even reach a 1/4 mile. Waste of good $.
For $300+ each they don't even work at 3/10th of a mile to say the least a bare minimum. Save your $ go to Walmart and spend $50 on a pair of whatever brand. What a let down.
