Brinonac for iPhone 5s/SE 2016 Screen Replacement Black Touch Display LCD Digitizer Full Assembly Including Repair Tool and Screen Protector

I still have my old iPhone 5s as basically a kids toy for my 2 yo. Well she dropped it one too many times and the screen didn't crack but was not displaying properly. So I decided to order this and try replacing the screen myself. The process is actually pretty easy but I'm experienced with taking apart electronics so it maybe a bit intimidating for a novice or first timer. The tool kit was perfect and had every tool you need to perform this fix. After I got it installed it works like a charm perfectly fits and now my 2 yo has their phone back with a working screen. IMPORTANT: You MUST transfer your old home button from your old screen to the new screen otherwise your phone will not boot. I learned this the hard way by not reading the description or the instructions. So after I transferred the home button (again relatively easy) it booted up perfectly!PROS: Fits perfect just looks just like the OEM screen, really inexpensive and great value considering it comes with all the tools you need AND a screen protector.NEGATIVES: The screen isn't the most durable I just tried to clean it with a microfiber towel and it ended up with a few micro scratches right off the bat so you'll for sure need to put the screen protector on. The instructions it comes with is has tiny print and pictures and are basically not worth it. Just go to YouTube and teach for "iFixit iPhone 5s Screen replacement" and it give you pretty good 5 min video on how to do it including the home button swap.Overall great product works well and awesome value especially for this old of a phone to keep it going for a couple more years. Would def recommend to anyone who needs to replace an iPhone 5s screen.

The instructions were difficult to see and follow, however as I have experience in replacing screens on devices, everything went smoothly. It was nice that they provided all the tools to complete the task, and everything works, touch pad, camera, speaker, mic.

Have an old Iphone SE from 2016 which I really love. It fits easily in my pocket, has all the apps I need and has been bulletproof so far. Cracked the screen and found this replacement unit. Installation was pretty straight-forward and only took about 20 minutes. I appreciated that the replacement screen I purchased came with the button and camera installed. The hardest part was reconnecting the ribbons, with limited space and the connectors are so darn small. The new screen is actually brighter and more clear than the old one was and the camera quality is excellent. Overall, pretty happy.

In short, this product is a complete piece of junk. After installing, I first noticed red vertical stripes on the boot screen. Those stripes persisted, but faded in some screens. I then discovered the home button didn’t work. It took it apart and reseated the home button connector. It still failed. I took it apart again and replaced the home button with the one from the old broken screen. This worked.After all the time I wasted trying to get this thing to work, I’m still on the fence about requesting a refund. I don’t really want to go through all that again.

Wonderful replacement screen assembly. Just need to transplant the Touch ID part from old screen to this one. Tools are useful, easy to install

This worked well for replacing my cracked screen. I wish they would have explained more about getting it separated. I followed the instructions. Tried to separate slowly with the gap tool. Then all of a sudden all the sealant released and the screen popped off severing the touch sensor.If I was using this device for anything other than an iPod for my kid, I’d be irritated about this.But it works and everything is there. I don’t know how you could be anymore careful than I trying to get the screen off. Maybe use a heat gun?

I dropped my iPhone 5s and then it just shattered and I can’t use my old screen because of the lcd so I’m stuck with a broken screen again

The product is just as it is described. Installation is not too bad if you have some experience, however if you have none, you might want to get some help. Not as good a quality as the oringinal screen, but is a reasonable replacement that works well.

My son's iphone screen was completely destroyed; I purchased this, with the intention.of getting someone else to swap it but, after watching the video, tried my myself. It was quick, easy and works perfectly...all cameras, touch screen, mics....my son is so happy to have his phone back!!!

Perfettamente compatibile col telefono, funziona benissimo, e si installa in pochi minuti grazie agli accessori in dotazione. Consigliatissimo!!!!Unica cosa ricordatevi di sostituire il sensore delle impronte digitali, perchè altrimenti non funziona più il telefono. Il sensore, per questioni di sicurezza, è un dispositivo hardware accoppiato al telefono. Quindi il telefono esige il suo originale. Quindi con delicatezza dovete rimuovere il sensore originale dal display da sostituire. E poi andarlo a sostituire sul display nuovo da installare.Fatta questa operazione funzionerà tutto in automatico senza alcuna configurazione. Se non lo fate il telefono non riconosce il nuovo sensore e non parte.

Its not like the original screen it has 80 of the original quality but the refresh rate is good and its not laggy

Ho acquistato questo schermo per iPhone SE A1723 per sostituzione di quello originale che si era scollato nel sostituire la batteria. Apple ha chiesto 130 euro.La luminosità non è identica all’originale ma si vede molto bene, come se agendo sulle regolazioni si fosse impostato al massimo il contrasto.Il tasto home non è lettore, avrei dovuto montarci il vecchio ma non mi andava di farlo.Il touch nulla da dire, sembra originale. Con 30 euro al posto di 130 ho resuscitato il telefono. Mi ritengo soddisfatto al momento, bisogna vedere la durata.
