Due to COVID I decided to stop going to the gym even though the gyms are opening up near me. I decided to get some home gym equipment. These were affordable so wanted to give it a try, they are a decent set of resistance bands. The quality is good, and there is a variety of different resistance to help you with your workouts.Since these were made of rubber I was kind of wary of any kind of strong chemical smell but did not smell any on these bands and they are soft too. So far I have not had any of these bands break on my which is great and I am hard on them. I will provide updates if they do break in the future. Overall happy and would recommend.

The tension on these is greatly exaggerated. Maybe if you stretched them across half the house. I blame myself for thinking something so inexpensive would actually be heavy duty. I feel like I'm gambling every time I order anything on Amazon nowadays. An item can have 5000 5 star reviews but your odds of actually getting what is described is lucky to be 50/50.

These are pretty amazing. I own three sets of these INTEY bands. I bought a set to test them and realized for my setup, it would be best to have 3 sets total so I don't have to keep fumbling with them for the different exercises I want to do. The price increased 40% within the week I tested the first set before I could order more. Even with the price increase, they are still worth it. I've had worse sets for double the price. The design on these makes it so the only failure would be from the bands snapping. I highly doubt the band would pull out of the ends before the band fails completely and snaps. The caribiners are on the sharp side and could use a little bit of sanding at the opening clip but they are strong enough for the load of each band.I suggest buying new rubber gripped handles as foam just get dirty and nasty quickly.

Be cautious of the seller before you purchase. Here is my story...Seller I&K Company likely sending counterfeit or simply inferior products off of this listing.I ordered what I thought was a quality product, what I received is nothing even close to the listing information or images. First, these bands are dangerous!! First, no carabineer instead some cheesy clasp. Second, the ends of the bands are folded over and held together with a tighter band. This will slip apart in a matter of a split second. Third, advertised as a 13 pc set, you will get 11. No resistance number marking and only one leg strap (not 2 as stated). And lets face it, the leg straps and handles are crap, I highly doubt they will last more than a few days (when used on a quality band). I will not know however because these bands look so unsafe I would not even let my enemies use them.Garbage, garbage, garbage!! And to top it all off, You as a buyer has to pay the return shipping to send this garbage item back to the very irresponsible seller.DO NOT BUY from I&K COMPANY!I repurchased from Tekvilla and received the item exactly as advertised. So far the bands are very good quality bands, well made handles and ankle straps. The rings are welded for added strength and the stitching seems to be strong. Outstanding communication with the seller Tekvilla. I would purchase again from Tekvilla, but I will definitely never again do business with I&K Company.

These bands are just what I was looking for. Sometimes I can't or don't want to commute all the way to the gym and these resistance bands allow me to get a pretty good workout in the comfort of my own home. They seem to be really sturdy and include some awesome accessories that allow you to do a variety of workouts. Some people though, are complaining about the weight of each band being lower than advertised but you have to realize that they're exponentially harder the more you stretch them apart. So for example, the 50LB band might feel light when moderately pulled but the more you do so the harder the bands will become. Don't expect these to be like weights where the weight is constant in any position. Anyways, I've only had these for about a week but so far I love them. I would definitely recommend these.

These bands are very sturdy and come with a bag to keep everything in. My son and I both use the bands with a variety of sizes and being able to combine you have such a selection. It also has a hook for the door and straps for your legs and hands. I have never used bands before and the 1st day I used them I felt it in the muscle groups I was working. My son also uses them and likes the variety and how compact they can be. We do not have room for a gym so these can be put away in a closet or under a bed when not in use. Good quality. Great price.

Very impressed with the quality! I bought this and a set that was a couple of dollars cheaper... I sent back the cheaper one. The quality of these felt double of the inexpensive set.... and I didn't want to save a couple bucks at the risk of a band breaking in my face. This package also includes a nice exercise booklet if you're unsure how to get started ... the booklet plus youtube might be all you need to create a routine.

The Intek resistance bands themselves are of great quality. I have another set from another brand and it is night and day!However, the door anchor broke after 3 weeks of use. I am hoping that will send me a replacement (or 2 since they are brittle).
