Good starter size. Package included paints and glue unlike some bigger packs that I have bought in the past. Son enjoyed making it. All together hood product would buy again.

A good set, but the accessories weren't
Bought this for my 8yo as a first Airfix kit.The paints were dry and gloopy (especially the red paint, which one could argue is quite important for this model). The tube of cement had a hole in the side which meant it was just messy trying to glue anything...However, despite the awful paint - he was very impressed with the detail of the model, and was incredibly proud of himself for having built it. (Well, I had to help with some of the very fiddly bits - landing gear struts, under wing bits, etc).I've been asked to get some more planes - but I might be getting the paints and glue from somewhere else...
