This made great posole.

These are not those old brittle chili's you get from mainstream grocers. They are freshly dried , pliable and fruity. The soaking water from them has no trace of bitterness that some brands do so the water becomes an ingredient too. I am very pleased with these and will buy them again.

Best Rojo sauce ever with these 3 + some arbol for heat. These chiles are quite mild, but made a beautiful velvety rojo. They are a little on the spendy side so going to try the ones from the local mercado next.

These chilis are top quality. Large and clean. I made a batch of enchilada sauce using equal amounts (by weight) of each type and the combo was perfect. These chilies run pretty low on the Scoville scale. Picante but not crazy hot.

I’m making several dishes using these peppers! There are so many recipes out there showing you how to cook with these particular blends. They’re so fresh and pliable and easy to work with. I’ll order again.

We were running low on dried peppers and these are not readily available locally. I needed more of all four types of peppers so this was a perfect choice.
