Bach is such a consistent company with the highest quality essences. We use as indicated, however in highly stressful times - add to your daily water bottles or do a couple of drops hourly. I was skeptical the first time I purchased this, but also desperate enough to try. I’m glad I took a chance. My naturopath recommended the star of Bethlehem for grief after my daughter died. When I found the hope, joy, and comfort kit I figured I needed all 3. I take it along with SJW. I tried the SJW alone and it definitely makes a difference when I add the flower essences. I stopped taking them for a few weeks and noticed a difference in how I feel so I just ordered more.

I used this before, and I glad I found it in Amazon, followed the instructions and after Taif or a full month, I feel better m, really works in helping grief and to calm my mind and be positive.
