Worth every dollar!
They say you get what you pay for and although I don't always agree with the sentiment, it is true of this chair!First a short history : My disabled son had tried numerous other wheel chairs, which didn't offer any spinal support. His posture was getting worse and worse. And most wheelchairs are uncomfortable to push any distance as a caretaker; pushing him around the block in other chairs always left my back sore from bending over and they hurt my wrists from the straight angles of the handles. The Strongback 12 was absolutely a dream come true. The engineers must be paid a fair wage- the chair appeared to be engineered in Europe and built in Sweden. They actually thought through every aspect of the wheelchair user, both in the seat and the caretaker. I didn't expect the chair to be so well engineered! From the seat to the ergonomic handles and replaceable and sturdy wheels- I just got it today and took my son for a walk around the block- it was so comfortable to push- it rolled smoothly over bumpy asphalt and I felt great pushing it- it was a perfect height and the the handlebars were spaced comfortably apart and at a good angle to reduce wrist fatigue. And my son, who suffers from very low muscle tone, actually sat upright and looked around the entire trip (hasn't done that in a long long time)!!!Another cool thing about this chair is that the arm rests are not a problem- they are at the right height to be comfortable, but still go under a standard table, unlike most other wheelchairs- which means he can easily be transported to the dinner table without being transferred from chair to chair.Extremely lightweight and compacts nicely.I can't say enough good things about this chair. Yes, its on the pricey side for a transport chair, but its so worth every dollar. If you're on the fence about spending some extra cash- consider it an investment in your own health. Back and wrist pain has a much higher short and long term cost than $7XX

Worth the price.
I thought nearly $700 was exorbitant...but I bought it anyway because my wife deserves it. She has MS and this year it finally became for to difficult to even use a Walker for any trip to Dr.or rare meals out. The thing that caught my eye was the back support design. It’s quite true and makes the price worthwhile. It folds and stores easily and is easy to propel. If our conditions were reversed, this is the wheel chair I would want.

Easy. Adjustable. convenient to travel.
This is by far the best purchase we have made for my mom who lives with us. It fits in the back of Subaru Crosstrek and is lightweight. easy to fold up. sturdy. helps with posture while seated, and yes even stylish. To me it's just as easy to fold up and store as a stroller. Thanks for making a great product that checks all of the boxes!

light weight, sturdy , well designed
After a few months of use I like this wheelchair, the best I had in 2 years. Sturdy construction. Light, easy to load in the trunk of a car. I wish they make a shorter version. I am 5 feet tall and after stroke it is hard to get all away up against the back. The rubber covers of the wheel axle fell off when hitting the doors. I kept them off.. It is well designed. Very quiet. Confy seat. Very happy with the product. The front of the wheelchair is 22 inch wide, narrow enough to fit the toilet door entrance.

Lightweight, practical and well engineered!!
I needed a chair for a small person and this works perfectly! It's built like a bike and it is light and collapses easily and quickly. Well thought out!

Danger!
Sadly, this chair easily tips over. My husband and have both had spills from chair tipping when we go over the slightest bump, or movement of body. No anti-tipping design. We added weight on back, too, to try to stabilize the chair. It's dangerous. Intended to return it, but zero Return info shows for this item on my list of bought items.
