I've been trying different recipes to make keto bread and none of them tasted good. I don't like almond or coconut flour. So I thought I would try oat fiber. There is a recipe for bread on the bag. I tried it & it turned out great. I bought a smaller loaf pan because all my other loafs turned out so small. I probably didn't need it with this recipe, but it worked out well. I used a little less xanthum gum than it called for because I was tired of all my breads being so wet. This loaf was perfect. Tasted really good. Couldn't be happier, even my husband liked it. I stirred it by hand for 6 minutes & then kneaded it like the recipe called for. It probably would have been easier to use my stand mixer, but it wasn't bad doing it by hand.

Purchased this after a recipe blogger recommended it for one of her recipes. Item was affordable, fresh, and the recipe turned out great! Will buy again!

While this product does lend excellent crumb to keto baked goods, if you don’t typically use oat fiber in general be aware that it may cause extreme GI discomfort! I recommend using sparingly at first to give your body a chance to adapt o the fiber!Note that this review is about the product in general—not necessarily the brand.

Great product for low carb breads and baked goods

My low carb focus lifestyle was made simpler by the addition of this Oat Fiber.Other brands smelled rancid.Every time I purchase this brand...there has NOT been a rancid smell.I will continue to use Life Source Oat Fiber.

This is a highly recommended oat fiber- fresh and great taste as well as a good value. Being on a keto diet this product is used frequently in baking to reduce carbs. Love this brand- it the only one I buy!
