The media could not be loaded. This is very nice but small. I used the burners that came with this and got a straight stream. However. Didn't like the smell. Order another kind and the flow was almost right. It flowed down then cascaded everywhere. 4 stars because of the size. I should've read that part.

It’s beautiful. However, I can’t stand the smell. The flowing smoke from the incense is pretty but it takes a couple of minutes to start working and then lasts only a short time.Overall it’s aesthetically beautiful and the aroma is horrible. (To me, at least.)

I'm still trying to get it to work like on the video... but there is always a breeze - if you get close or walk by it *poof!* the smoke goes everywhere and the it takes time for the air to settle and the smoke to start to follow the path again. I would love to see it work like the video but I can't get close or really even be in the same room. I purchased to have on my work desk- I thought it would be relaxing but when I turn to look at it and breathe, the smoke goes all over the place and let's just say that relaxed is not what I feel. The scents are fine. The unit itself is beautiful - I love the color! I was going to purchase another as a gift but if it can't be enjoyed under regular conditions then it won't bring the joy and relaxation I had hoped for.

I bought this for my boyfriend as he loves incense and candles. I thought the price was reasonable and when I got it it showed that the craftsmanship was awesome for what I paid! I was also surprised with the amount of incense that was provided. The smells can be somewhat overwhelming on some but overall they are great. It creates a really cool smoke waterfall when there is no air drafts in the room. Genuinely a beautiful piece and my boyfriend was happy.
