The media could not be loaded.  I didn’t realize that faucet holes are not all standard sizes, so I was incredibly upset when these beautiful faucets came (ordered two for his/hers sinks in bathroom), and they didn’t fit the faucet hole. Luckily, my sinks are from 1994 and are thin metal, so I was able to Dremel the opening a bit wider. I bought the plate that matches the faucet (I have 3 hole sinks) and it was easy to install and fit perfectly. The faucet was surprisingly heavy, incredibly easy to install and there were no leaks on the first test. It’s easy to operate, brings hot water way faster than our old faucet - original faucet took 20 sec to get hot water, this one takes about 3-4 sec. The water flow is beautiful, and it uses less water. We live in CA so this aspect is very important. Great buy. Excellent value for money.In the video I mention replacing intake valves - I misspoke. It was the angle stops I had to replace. It’s something I’ve had to do for every faucet in the house because the shutoff valves were obsolete. Once I got contemporary angle stops, and opened the faucet hole a bit, install was a piece of cake.

I loved the look of this faucet! I didn’t install them, I had my plumber do it, so I do not know how easy it was to install. I wanted a different look and they are sturdy and feel much more expensive than they are! My favorite faucets are Brizo, and this faucet was a good alternative!

I am replacing a 3 holes widespread faucet (8") with a single faucet and placing a soap dispenser in one of the leftover holes. This particular faucet is too wide and with the handle on the side it is very close and not convenient to use.Otherwise it is a beautiful faucet and it is very easy to install.If you water pressure is too strong as we do, regulate the valve under the sink to make the flow as you wish.

Love the look of it. We purchased it while we were in the planning stages of a remodel. It didn't get installed until over three months after receiving it. Everyone commented on how beautiful the faucet is. However, it didn't shut off immediately nor completely and dripped constantly. Since it was installed months after purchase it was too late to return it because of the return window -- just 30 days. I posted a one-star negative review. Becola apparently saw the review and contacted me within a couple days of the posting. Becola said it stands behind its product and is sending me a new faucet. That is wonderful customer service and rarely today are companies so quickly responsive to the consumer. We purchased this because of the great reviews and I'm confident the new one will work properly. Kudos to Becola for being a company that obviously cares about it's customers.

The media could not be loaded.  Likes the modern look of this faucet. Had to throttle the hot and cold water inlet valves to not spray aggressively out of sink.Big problem is upon normal use after 1 year, the handle via the internal valve mechanism doesn't shut off properly (see video). Before this, had problem with the handle not being able to close down at full cold setting (stuck halfway up). Internal mechanism is not robust. Replacing with an industry known brand for better quality.

First one I had to send back because it leaked around the base. Replacement works great and it easy to install. 30 minutes max.

We got this faucet in Gold, and it is very pretty.1. It is rather small and did NOT extend far into the sink2. It uses HUGE AMOUNT OF WATER3. The Gold finish started peeling/flaking OFF after about 2 years.4. It does appear to be Solid Brass5. It will be going to the GOODWILL

No sale el agua como venía en la información que mandan antes de comprar. Sale un chorro no en chorritos. Queda muy cerca de la orilla del lavabo y salpica la llave y hay que secarla continuamente para que no se manche.

Llego el producto muy dañado, claramente habia sido usado antes. Pesima experiencia
