No issues with product. Well made
Easy to install and program. Works well and has resisted corrosion so far. Well worth the price paid as it does what it is supposed to do.

bad quality lock. just bad
Terrible quality. Screws don't fit and not quality made. The directions are not clear. After use of about a month, the whole thing just comes apart. No way to contact the manufacturer/seller.

Works fine
So far this works fine but I can’t figure out what the Y is for on the number code panel. No mention of it anywhere in the instructions

Good for Lower Security Needs
Per my title, I am using this lock for a bedroom in a house that occupied by multiple roommates and has a front door with a more robust lock as the house's primary security. As an interior door lock, this lock is about what I need to keep roommates (or a nosey friend of a roommate) out of my room when I'm not home.WHAT I LIKE:- Easy to open- Adequate security for my personal use (bedroom lock)- Easy to set desired code- Includes keys but I don't need to carry keys- No batteries- Feels substantial (heavy and not all plastic)WHAT I DON'T LIKE- Youtube videos show this lock is not too hard to open. The truth is, many locks are able to be picked but the use of codes, combined with a small about of practice makes this lock easier to open than a key-only lock.- The description did warn about measuring any existing door holes but I missed this. I replaced a standard know that had a 2-1/8" hole. The lock is 2" wide which meant I had to use plaster spackling to fill in a very small about of space around the lock. If you install this on a new door that has never had holes drilled for a knob, this won't be an issue.- You may have to hack-saw the two screws that hold the lock together. This is clever to allow for installation on thicker doors but was a minor pain while installing on my door. My hack-saw blade was too dull to cut these screws. I needed up destroying a chisel blade using chisel and hammer. It did work though. And the lock came with one extra screw in case you mess one up by mistake.- The small with that allows the door to remain unlocked was not what I expected. To use it, you must turn the handle to retract the latch. The with then holds the latch in this position. The door will not click shut unless it also locks. I can live with this but the option is not as nice as I had thought it would be. Better than nothing, I guess.BOTTOM LINE AND REPEATING:- I WAS able to install the lock using the existing holes (had to drill one small hole for the top screw). But this is not ideal for replacing an existing lock with 2-1/8" hole.- I would not use this on an exterior door if high-security is needed (but decent for my needs)- I'm happy with the purchase ... I wish the lock was 1/8" wider :/

does not work
I have been struggling with this lock for a year. if it works, you have to lift the handle up to open it. Very awkward and I have to lock it from the other side.

won't fit most door
the screw holes don't line up with the original holes so it didn't work for me. Also there isn't any instructions on how to program the lock. You have to figure it out by picture on box

Cheap doesn't mean good
The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Had one shipped to me broken and they are difficult to install & Delicate but good for the price. I have a feeling I won't get more than 2 years out of it since it's already starting to rust after 6 weeks but we will see.
