Pleased with the purchase. Easy setup. Large screen size is beneficial for impaired vision. No complaints. Takes less desktop space & rotates to desired left, right, up, down.

Monitor works well and screen is great for what it is-a cheap monitor for use as a work monitor with good clarity. The eye saver feature is nice and works well. I only gave it 4 stars because the USB ports in the back don’t work for connecting my Logitech camera for web calls, nor do the USB ports connect to or charge my iPhone. I’ve tried multiple devices on the USB ports and they won’t connect to or charge anything. I actually got a replacement monitor from Amazon thinking that the first one was defective, but I had the same issues with the replacement. So, if you require USB port capability, you’ll need to consider other options.

The picture quality is good. The color is a bit bright.

Product was marked as used but seemed to be mostly opened box new. Works great so far, no defects. Other than that, standard Samsung quality for a monitor.
