The gate opener delivered appears to a returned item from another customer who has rejected it and was just re-parked and sent to me.we discovered parts seems to have been used and unscrewed and returned. Clearly this Gate Opener is not new from the factory.Problem now after fitting is that we discovered the split pin as in pix above should be 4 in the pack. But there is only ONE in the pack rather than 4.The remote control does not work even with now Battery, and it surely been used and attempted to be used in the past. This is just unacceptable product.please can I have the full set of the pins and also a pear of working remotes as I have had to pay twice for the electrician trying to make sense of these incomplete and what looks like a returned and re-pack product.

This is my second time buying this product why? Because it’s cheap compared to what else is on the market. Unfortunately if you have normal winter weather conditions and the temperature goes below zero they freeze. Unless I’m winter

Excellent product for all those unsure 220 volt down to 24 volt

Hard to install. Both arms stopped working within 2 months. Rain got in causing them to trip when they was working. Clutch key snapped first use. Don’t waste your money
