Cooking time: 40 Minutes Makes 40-50 Gulab Jamun Dish Category: Dessert Ingredients required: 3/4th Cup / 150-160ml Water For Sugar : 3 Cups / 600ml water, 600g Sugar, Oil / Ghee for frying Steps: 1- Add 150-160ml of water in 2-3 intervals of Suhana Gulab Jamun Mix. Knead into a soft dough by gentle mixing. 2- Apply ghee or oil on both palms and shape 40 small round smooth balls (jamuns) of equal portions without cracks on the surface 3- Deep fry in ghee or oil on low heat till light golden brown. Soak the fried jamuns in hot sugar until the Jamuns have absorbed the fully. Preparation of Sugar : Prepare Sugar by dissolving, 600g sugar in 600ml water. Boil and simmer for 5 minutes. You can flavour the with cardamom powder or saffron strands. Suhana Tip: For richer Gulab Jamuns use milk instead of water while making dough.
