Fantastic Product, Go for it blind folded !
I was bit sceptical when I ordered it, because I had seen many cast iron utensils which were not up to the mark. But you can go for Dynamic cast Iron Kadai. Price may be bit higher than other vendors how ever it is worth. Good packing with double carton boxes and it actually went beyond my expectation. Just follow the instructions before the first use. I strongly recommend Dynamic cast Iron products , they are well polished and preseasoned . What you get is what you see...so go for it without thinking twice if you want to have a cast Iron cookware.

Good for making fried items
Good for making fried items on low in induction stove. But not so good for frying items like poori or papads which require high heat. Then it's better to use gas stove

Cast iron kadhai
Its sturdy and has good workmanship. Product is very well finished. It can be used to cook vegetables, to make poha, curry, and u can fry pakoras too. Wash it with hot water after every use and apply oil immediately and keep it on low flame for couple of minutes

Very easily rusting in short time. Waste of money.
Finishing is very good. Design is well but the base material, cast iron is poor quality. Very easily rusting immediately comparing with other hand made low cost product. It is doubtful that it is a pure cast iron. May contaminate food early under cooking. Some may develop allergy.

Buy it if want to be healthy
Heavy, can be cooked only for one or two persons, cleaning up and then maintenance with applying oil is quite labouring. But considering the benefits it’s worth of it. Also food tastes better when cooked slowly with low heat.

Quality and finish of this kadai is of premium quality. Good for preparing dry vegetables for 2-3 people. Size may not be sufficient for gravy items.
