This worked out so great!! First for the basics: It's a durable, strong looking cover, it has a zipper that spans a full long and one short side, so I was able to get the folded pillow material in. This one was supposed to be 4 inches thick which yeah it would take 4 inches of padding, even though the side walls are only about three but that's fine. It even came with a carry handle on one of the sidewalls, which I imagine would be pretty handy. So it's like a codura nylon, heavy like a backpack. Great color as well! It's not fover based, soonj don't think it will grad hair and become a big mat, us it is washable and brushable.So if you want a really big suggestion I'll tell you what I did. We were cleaning the house and getting rid of one of the kids twin mattresses because they're all in college now, I can throw away the mattress but they wanted to charge me $50 to throw away the box spring. So what I did was cut the cover off the box spring mattress, and threw away the cover, but the padding was so nice I saved it, the springs I could now drop at the dump with the scrap metal. The padding was so nice I decided to make a pillow out of it. Fold it four times and it comes out about the size of this cover, 30 inches by 40 inches. So I saved the $50, and I made a better pillow than I would have been able to buy for about another 50 or $70!!!So I spent $18 on this cover and I figure I saved myself at least another $60-80!!!

So glad I bought this and didn’t have to get an entirely new dog bed. This cover fits my dogs bed perfectly and seems good quality. I just received it today so I can’t speak for the longevity of it, but for the price, it feels like it will be great. It’s not thick canvas, but it’s great for the price and I’m sure will last long enough. It looks nice too. I got the gray color. I love that it has a handle on the side as well. It says to wipe with water and a cloth to clean. I’m not sure that you could put it in the wash on delicate because it may ruin it, but if it gets super dirty from the dogs, I may try. So glad I got this. Makes the old bed look great!! I recommend. Also, I measured my dog bed before I ordered, and I ordered the one that was just slightly larger because it didn’t have an exact size and it fits so well!

This is a nice dog bed and seems well constructed. I bought it to replace one of the same brand that had bolsters and thought this one would give my dog more room in his crate. He likes the old one better with the faux fur cover. This one is quilted.I took one star off because the one I received wasn’t new. The tags had been removed and it was wrapped with a piece of shrink wrap around the middle of it. Guess the dog doesn’t care but I would prefer new merchandise.

I like the size of this bed, but it's a little too wide to use in the crate as I was originally hoping. The top cover unzips for easy removal for cleaning. I have two dogs over 80 lbs each, and the thickness and density of the foam is pretty good for each one. There is no breathability, though, so my dogs get hot if they're on this bed for too long. They seem to like it, though. (It's the perfect size for one 80 lb dog)

Love this bed cover! Yeah, it's not made from the softest material, but how could it be and still be waterproof, stainproof, & practically indestructible? It's all those things. I have a highly active Pitbull who occasionally likes to wrestle her bed as if it took her treats. Love that it has a handle (her bed is large) and zips all the way around; making it easy to remove/put on. It's also easily washable. Best investment ever, & I don't say that about most purchases. If you were thinking about it, get it!

This cover is huge. It dwarfed the bed I intended to cover, however, I decided to cut up a spare foam mattress topper and create my own. My dogs love it. Water resistant. Nice color. Hasn't shown dirt or loose fur. I should have read the dimensions more carefully, but turns out to be a great cover for the mattress pad which I cut to size and doubled. Great purchase.

We were tired of paying $50+ per dog bed every 3 to 4 months. We ran across a king size memory foam bed topper marked down to $60. We cut it up into enough pieces to make 6 of these dog beds using these covers. The covers are holding up well and we can remove them to be washed!

My dog loves this bed! The quilted cover is soft and the bed gives him a comfortable spot to lay in a house with all hard surfaces. The thick nylon cover plus the quilted pad that easily zips on and off make for an easy to clean bed.

Well made, dogs love it! Our two Saint Bernards try and lay on it together!:)

This is a very well made cover with a heavy fabric.

I bought 2. The hair sticks to them but I just vacuum them to make them look fresh again.

My dog absolutely LOVES IT. The dog bed is actually outside on my front porche because my Great Pyrenees Husky mix enjoys the great outdoors. I will find her on her bed keeping guard. I needed a bed that would protect her from humidity and cold and this bed was great. It has survived our Canadian winter, it easy to clean and the large size is perfect for her.

Our dog seemed to like the bed but she schooches her bed and turns in circles when she settles down at night and the cover did not even last two weeks. I’ve never had a dog bed cover tear like that. I would not recommend this dog bed to anyone
