Fast delivery, runs great, no documentation .
Great machine so far. Delivery was unbelievably fast as I wasn't expecting it for a week but had it in two days. The good? Easy to assemble using common sense. The bad? No manual or assembly instructions. I have a mechanical background so no issues however with a machine this big and able to chew up large things, slinging steel blades around and throwing chunks of debrey at high speed, it seems the liability risk is high not providing assembly instructions, warnings, torque values or maintenance schedules. I plan on following the domestic high price unit maintenance this one appears to be a clone/copycat of.I would like to have a parts breakdown so I can order spare blades, bearings and for replacement of anything that might break someday. Hoping the blades are the same as the other unit and the local bearing shops can just match by dimensions. As for the rest, guess fabrication might be required someday?Oh, I'm running it on a 58 HP Deere 2020 and it has chewed up everything I have thrown at it no problem so far. 4" hardwood oak, walnut, 5" elm, Ash, 6" cedars. It doesn't like old dry hedge (Osage orange) much though so I keep it small. Not really an issue since I only grind the really crooked stuff and make fence posts out of the rest.

Magically the chipper stopped even though the tractor was running great. (32 HP Kubota)
The first negative is there aren’t any assembly, operation or maintenance instructions. A hint to those buying this unit is to unpack it from the skids on concrete as a lot of hardware was just loose in the plastic wrap so we were tracking parts down on the ground. Another hint is to look in the chipper chute before mounting the extension as that’s where the PTO shaft was hidden.Mounting the brush funnel is a two person job. It’s big and heavy, you also need to get two bolts in the top holes. It worked well until I put a 4” piece of oak in. Magically the chipper stopped even though the tractor was running great.(32 HP Kubota). The diagnosis is a sheared bolt on the PTO shaft (5/16 x 2). I picked 4 stainless steel bolts up at Skycraft and will try it again tomorrow.Update: the supplied PTO shaft was inadequate for this application. A second bolt sheared within minutes of replacement. After a few calculations, 9 horsepower applied to the shaft will shear that size bolt. This is way too low for a chipper.I’ve replaced that chap shaft with a slip clutch variety and now the chipper is eating trees. I’ve lowered the rating to three stars as the supplied shaft should have been suitable for the application.

Works well.
Item came slightly damaged but we were able to repair it. One of the pallets was broken during shipping, causing the damage.
