Don't buy anything here, it's GREY market!!
Don't buy any cisco products from Cisco Shop in Amazon if you want to get normal support. I bought a FPR1120 firewall 4 months ago from Amazon, but when I called Cisco or Cisco Agent trying to purchase support, I was told that this is GREY market, I cannot get official support or purchase any support. I'm very unsatisfied and sad for this store!!! Don't buy anything here.
