They drop right into the upper factory door hinge mount. Simple installation with a wrench to tighten them in place enough so they don't blow around when driving at high speeds.

While these were a little tough to figure out the instructions, they were such a great buy!! Super durable and great visibility!

The mirrors shipped nicely. But the round stick on extension mirrors were broken from poor packaging.I have not installed these jet on my jeep, so if they are poor quality I will come back and edit the review. But overall the actual mirrors look like great sturdy quality

Took the doors off the Jeep, found out real quick that the mirrors didn't stay on Jeep. So we bought these, they are perfect for those days that you wanna take the doors off with the top. Love, love these.

these are really nice and work perfectly. I read the previous reviews about the hardware being bad, but decided to buy it anyway because I have lots of hardware in my garage that I was planning on using.I didn’t need the hardware that I have. Not sure why the reviews are complaining about the hardware because the ones that came with it worked perfectly for me. It didn’t bend while driving, I went on the highway and they stayed in place. It did vibrate a little at first. I used a ratchet wrench and tightened it as much as I could and these mirrors are solid. No vibration and they stay in place. If you have any of the issues that the other people mentioned just tighten the nuts and you’ll be golden.

Product is structurally as-described and installs easily. In the Jeep JKU, the passenger side mirror does not quite stick out as far as needed to have a clean view of the mirror--the dashboard slightly covers it up, requiring the driver to lean to the right just a bit to see fully into that mirror. No big deal.More importantly, the product is advertised as having anti-fog stickers/film to be applied so the mirrors perform better in rain or varying temperatures. Problem is, you have to separately own or buy "glass water" (identified in the installation instructions) to spray on to the mirror and the film to make it sticky enough to apply. The manufacturer/seller completely excludes "glass water" out of the packaged install kit. And, critically, I have no idea what "glass water" is. A google search left me with no answers and no one sells small spray bottles of anything called "glass water." So, here I sit with dry-as-a-bone anti-fog film that is useless for these mirrors.

We didnt think that when you remove the doors off of the jeep that the mirrors would also be removed. You lose vision on any vehicle coming in the other lanes or blind side, so we ordered these and they are easy to install and our comfort level of driving with doors off is much better.

Bought these over a year ago and went to use them for the first time only to find out that they are too large to drop into the hinge. Very disappointing. But they do seem to be built very well
