Apprehensive about the earthy smell & flavor. I tend to mix with pomegranate juice for extra extra antioxidants. The taste in combination with that isn't bad! I give 5 stars because I had a headache & within a few minutes my headache was 90% gone! Plus the benefits, 👌👍

I use this veggie powder/flour in my meatloaves, smoothies, and soups. It thickens soups and stews and adds nutritional value to meatloaf and smoothies. It is easy to use, although as a very fine powder, it will be messy if you open it, pour it, or spoon it too fast. I find spooning it is best, otherwise the powder can get into the seal and make resealing the package difficult. I like the taste, don't really notice the smell. I don't mind the color, which starts out as a pale (1960s basement) green, but turns darker green when wet.

This powder tastes just like spinach and works really well in doughs!

I know my energy levels feel good when I eat fresh spinach every day , but I live further from the store and it was winter so I thought this was a easy way to feel better on the daily . It tastes Good . It's a decent Value . And shipping was quick .

the quality is good.low salt.but a turn off for me didn't see the California warning about could cause cancer.on a pack of cigarette ok.but food no.will not buy again.

Great stuff. I bought it to add to homemade pasta - which I suggest everyone try - and it worked perfectly.
