Nice look, easy to install
This faucet is great for the price. Nice looking, easy to install and strong water pressure. It does have a little drip to it but nothing major, and water pressure is almost too strong for washing hands. Overall I really like it. Does not come with drain, bought the gold drain separately.

Company is very responsive
Love the look of it. We purchased it while we were in the planning stages of a remodel. It didn't get installed until over three months after receiving it. Everyone commented on how beautiful the faucet is. However, it didn't shut off immediately nor completely and dripped constantly. Since it was installed months after purchase it was too late to return it because of the return window -- just 30 days. I posted a one-star negative review. Becola apparently saw the review and contacted me within a couple days of the posting. Becola said it stands behind its product and is sending me a new faucet. That is wonderful customer service and rarely today are companies so quickly responsive to the consumer. We purchased this because of the great reviews and I'm confident the new one will work properly. Kudos to Becola for being a company that obviously cares about it's customers.

Stay away! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
We bought this faucet for the renovated powder bath to be used by guests once in a while. Might have been used possibly 30 to 40 times in past 8 months. Unfortunately, first the water flow started to go down and then eventually it totally stopped. We have a party at house tomorrow and powder bath is not usuable because of this poor quality faucet. I tried trouble shooting the issue using the notes provided by supplier but all in vain.We has professional installers who did all the renovation so it's not that there was some error in installation. We have multiple faucets in the house and all working flawlessly for last 10 years while this one barely lasted for 6 months. Reaching out to supplier if they can provide a quick resolution. Will update this review accordingly. Right now the feedback is to STAY AWAY!

Elegant yet bad design
Really bad from functionality perspective, half of the water stays at the top of the sink unless u open the tap with really strong pressure .. noise is another concern as it is pretty high… not a product that one shud buy if it is for personal use… giving 2 start due to its elegance
