Broke within 3 weeks. Unhelpful Customer Support.
I enjoyed my 6" Chirp wheel for 3 weeks before it cracked and I plopped down flat on my floor! My bathroom scale may not be the most accurate, but I believe I'm about 300 pounds away from the 500 pound weight limit. While the wheel was in one piece I could tell that it was stretching and relaxing my back muscles, but the total lack of durability keeps me from giving this product more than 1 star.I was interested in exchanging the wheel to see if I just had a defective one, but when Chirp support told me it would be 5+ weeks to receive a replacement and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything for the inconvenience, it made my decision to return the product an easy one.Really disappointing experience.

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT
Item is cheap, mine broke just after a month. Reached out to Chirp themselves will not warranty the product and will not accept a replacement and amazon can only do a refund since chirp is the seller. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will not support their own product when it breaks after less than 2 months of use. Go use your money somewhere else.

I wanted to return it...
Okay so I have never used anything like this before. I went with the 6 inch deep tissue and just went straight for it. As soon as I tried to use it the wheel hurt me sooo bad.. I was done with it after 5 seconds so I stood up to put it in the box to return it. But when I stood up my back felt better than it ever has. After the years of abuse from football and weightlifting and a car accident I swear my back feels brand new. I 10/10 recommend this. Even though the first time felt like bruce lee just kicked my back 😂

Didn’t live up to the hype.
I must preface by saying I wasn’t expecting miracles with this. However, I received absolutely no relief, nor saw any difference using this wheel. I used this for about two weeks, each day twice a day.

Physics and balance
When you understand the physics of the problem this product makes more sense. The way you get that deep tissue is by increasing the pressure. Specifically I’m referring to pounds per square inch. Given that gravity is constant the only way to do this is to distribute the same amount of weight across a smaller area. So you get the intensity of a deep stretch throughout your erectors. The downside is because it smaller to increase the pounds per square inch it makes it harder to balance on compared to a traditional foam roller. But a traditional foam roller will never dig in this well. If you’ve got decent balance ability give it a try. If your ability to balance is compromised this might not be for you.

Painful
Like most of you I was hoping for this 10" Roller to work on my upper back, between my shoulders, But nothing. It just makes your back and shoulders hurt. Kinda like its bruising your back. I felt worse after using it. To me it seems like a 10" piece of PVC pipe with a 1/2" foam pad glued to it. Oh Wait, THAT'S WHAT IT IS..!!! LOLI think a clever person could go to the "Home" Store and come back with something just like this for under $20 and maybe add thicker foam to make it better. Just my 2 cents..:)

Great Product, poor construction :/
Update - I returned the defective product and they sent a new one. The new one had no scratches and was way more symmetrically aligned although not perfectly aligned. I love the groove in the middle for your spine so it can get the areas around the spine. It is much different from a foam roller. I really enjoy using it and would recommend it to others as long as they keep the quality check in control.Received this in the mail and noticed a scratch on the roller before any usage. Also, it appears that the rubber outside is not symmetrical and is more aligned to the right side unlike what I have seen from other chirp wheel pictures? I love the product minus the defects of it.

Meh
Works in some areas and not in others. I bought it to be able to crack my upper back in between my upper area of shoulder blades. It doesn’t work there. Does a good job with low and mid back tho. But I can achieve the very same results with my foam roller. At this price, I’d say skip it.
