The media could not be loaded. Formuler have been around for a few years and there are many models from the manufacturer.This is kind of their flagship model offering great specs and power.As an all round media device this is one of the better devices you can buy, 2 year warranty from the makers.MyTV Online 2 is the IPTV software used and it's very user friendly.Channel zapping is very fast and when you plug in a usb device you can time shift and record via the EPG guide.There might be cheaper devices boasting better specs, but are they as stable as this?Only device that is truly better is the Nvidia Shield, but the shield not not have an IPTV software host built in.I own a 2020 Shield and a few other boxes so I've tried most on the market.Only thing to improve would be a backlit remote, but the remote it ships with is night and day better than any generic android device.

I had a Formuler Z7+ before, which I was very happy with, although some of the functions weren’t easy to organise. The Z8 pro is fantastic in that it’s easy to organise and add other apps like Prime, Netflix etc having all your viewing in the one place. The Mytvonline2 app is better than previous version, much better layout and organisation and very stable too. Better remote, very pleased with the new version.

Great TV box great pictureOnly complaint is the handset which is taking some getting used to 😩😩Should have brought this a long time ago as the 3 other Android box’s broke or stopped working after a year or so so if I’d have purchased originally would have me a load of stress !!!

I’ve leaned heavily into online TV and had previously used a PC and Apple TV device app. These proved quite fiddly and inflexible - often buggy. Decided to move to a purpose built device running Android (with which I was not familiar). Went for a middle the road cost - not cheap but not too expensive. Intended on returning if it wasn’t a good fit (I actually bought this and a slightly cheaper device, intending to return if they weren’t up to snuff - needed up keeping both devices). I needed a VPN alongside the TV app. I wanted something that would behave like a simple television - turn it on and watch TV, nothing more.I couldn’t be happier. Can’t fault it. Excellent interface. Fast response. Very rare glitches - maybe once every two months and a restart sorts everything. I can’t praise it highly enough and would confidently recommend it.

Pleased with the equipment and it is working fine however, the remote is a pain in the butt. User UNfriendly, has a mind of it's own and had to do a factory reset on the box. Not enough space between the buttons, had to use the hotkeys to move around the screen as up,,down buttons failed. Unless you are a wiz with remotes be prepared for a little anxiety and frustration.

The device itself works well however the remote isn’t very good, and it doesn’t even work with most of the apps such as chrome, or some speed test apps. You can’t get past the ToS because of the remote not letting you move selections

While it might seem a little expensive, don't hesitate. I've tried many other boxes of this type. None have come close. This runs fast and smooth. Remote is of a notable quality. Will be getting another hopefully.
