Great product
Although this is a refurbished product it works just fine. They also included items and instructions to help with attaching it to my newer TV.

Does not work
I would give this zero stars if that was an option. My engineer brother and I have tried for a few months to try to get this VCR to send a signal to the TV and it does not work. Tried it on two different TVs and nothing works. Also, being denied a refund due to the technicality of being outside the refund timeframe. $300 is a lot of money to lose out on.

Didn't work for us
We ordered this because we could watch both VHS & CD's. The player was defective and returned. Received immediate credit and reorder a different one.

A recommended purchase.
Product received looked like it was brand new. There were no scratches, dents, marks, etc. at all. The instructions that were included made it very easy to hookup. Package included most of the necessary set up cords, setup instructions, and instructs on how to get a user manual.

Waste of $
Player worked fine first day or two, then VCR recordings were difficult to hear because when the VCR played back a recording, I was also listening to the TV channel on the screen. I would change the TV channel to a station with no sound and could hear the audio on the recording fine. Customer service suggested purchasing an adapter to transition the recording to my computer, use a software package to strip out the unwanted video, then burn a DVD. Now the equipment monitor will not stop blinking, the machine will only turn off if I unplug it and it has my favorite DVD workout and a VCR tape that it won't release. Definitely returning this as it was expensive.
