I needed some backup batteries for some of my ryobi products -- heater, fan, chain saw, blower, vacuum, drill, etc. I love Ryobi products, but the batteries can be expensive and sometimes you need more than one to get a job done. You need one to charge while using the other. So..... I recently purchased the Futurebatt [2Pack] 18V 6.0 Ah HIGH Capacity Battery and so far I am impressed.As a user of multiple Ryobi products, these high-capacity batteries have significantly enhanced my experience, especially now that it is summer. I haven’t had them long enough to gauge the longevity but they work in my ryobi charger and drills just as well as the oem ones. They are quite a bit thicker and slightly heavier than the oem though

The batteries worked great and have lots of power. One battery failed after about 6 months and the seller sent a replacement immediately. Great customer service.

These batteries are much less expensive than the OEM ones and they appear to charge and last just as long.

Don’t buy these batteries!! They don’t hold a charge and can’t run a tool for more than a few, very few minutes!! My return window closed 3 days ago so I’m stuck with this garbage!

Ryobi Lithium batteries aren't cheap.Based on my usage, these replacement Li batteries have worked every bit as well and appear to provide as much power as the Ryobi.They weigh about the same so their footprint is no different than the Ryobi.I don't use them too often so can't speak to their longevity. I can say I've had more than one Ryobi battery kick the bucket on me. I've not had one of these go bad.It's a no brainer to me. If you've ever opened a battery pack, they're all a bunch of 18650 lithium batteries in parallel-series configurations to provide the full voltage. That being said, Ryobi doesn't make 18650 batteries so you're paying for the name on the battery housing. I don't care about the name on the housing.

This is so much better than my old Ryobi batteries. I can’t believe I waited this long. The build quality is very decent and the performance and power are really good. It does last a very long time. The battery charge status lights are precise. I can even take them off easier from the power tools compared to the original Ryobi batteries. I highly recommend these batteries.
