this is just right on time!
It is almost Christmas and I am totally out of shape! I have to do what I can to be rightfully fit again! Need to move these muscle and joints of mine despite of the stress that I am getting each day from work. Good thing, I cam across this book right on time. Upon reading the book, I am already getting thrilled on the guidelines that this book contain! Actually, the way it was written is very inviting. One good key of being a writer is to know how to keep your audience to keep on paying attention and Johnny did not fail to do that.I am actually calling up my elder and younger brother while I am writing this feedback. I am inviting them to join me on this workout on weekends. They as well are excited about it. This would be a good bonding time for us all!

Basic understanding
If you're looking into working out and nutrition. This is basically a college textbook 101 on how to start. It's clear and understanding on directions and very informative. It's a good book to keep around if you need any references

Well written and good advice
As a fanatic athlete I was looking for a short but clear book on calories and carbs.This book explains the basics that you need to know about health and fitness, from things like your BMR, how to choose the best carbs and proteins to eat, as well as how many calories you should eat in order to lose weight.Clear information for me about getting healthy and fit with the right balance of carbs and proteins !The explanation about the importance of how proteins, carbs and fats play an core role in losing weight is invaluable.It's detailed about why you need to apply these techniques in your life.I like the way all the macro nutrients are explained and how to use them to reach your health goals.If you are looking for a book that is short and clear about carbss and nutrition, this is it.

The information is good, but the book is too short and doesn't address many nutritional issues and/or how the body operates. It's more of a "do this" approach without the knowledge of "why" this or that recommendation is scientifically appropriate. It is the length of a chapter of a book, rather than a book in itself. Again, the information is good, just too little explanation.

I have been on my Health and Fitness Journey for a few months now, and am really interested in using my journey to help others that may have difficulties such as I have in my life and journey. I decided to learn all I can about fitness and nutrition, so when I get to a good place in my journey I can look into becoming a Health Coach and help others that have a hard time as I do. This book is great for me, and I got the Kindle version so I can read it on my IPad anywhere I go. It has a lot of great information to help those that are looking to learn more about fitness nutrition.

This could be the best guide about fitness that I have acquired in recent years.I have worked hard to lose weight and more important to be healthier. Diets, I tried each and every one of them, some with whom I have suffered too much.My sister recommended that I should read about fitness because she has been trainning that way for many years and thought it would help me.I do not start with any training yet but thanks to this book I have changed my way of eating and I'm creating my own routine.This guide is amazing, very very very complete. All you need to know is here.I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend it.

Nope.
The only relevant content in this book is the first few chapters. Almost everything after that was written poorly and geared towards a newly arriving alien on this planet.
