I received this tree today. The box was damaged (torn) and looked as if it had been opened and resealed. The tree was out of the plastic. There was no return shipping label or instructions on how to do so if needed. When I placed the order I noticed this tree was offered with a damaged box but that it was in new condition. I paid a higher price for a new tree and now wonder if I was shipped the other one instead. (I don't remember if it was the same seller.). That being said, the tree itself is in good condition. I wish I could say that I love it, but I don't. It is very difficult to bend the branches to give the appearance of a tree rather than a one dimensional stick. The lower branches will bend with gentle pressure, but the center won't. Although I am disappointed with this twig tree, I plan to keep it because I need it for a centerpiece for an upcoming event.

tree is beautiful, however if you are looking for a more realistic tree, this is not what you need. it is a flat one dimensional tree meant to be placed against a wall. i contacted the seller and he/she was very nice and resolved my issue promptly. i wouldn't mind doing business with them in the future. very professional.

It came in with broken branches and the paint job on it was bad. But i made it work and it looks decent

The Twig Tree looks as advertised. I liked that the material was malleable so I could change it's shape. Amazon almost always delivers on time, but this came late.

This product was fantastic! I used it for a center piece at a party and it was so beautiful. it is large enough to make a dramatic splash but thin so that people can still see each other while they are speaking across the table!

This tree is plastic but looks fine. We used it as a Wishing Tree at a wedding. It is shorter than expected but I'm sure it is as described. Photos are deceiving sometimes!
