We wanted a beach sunshade (sh!bum!) but wanted a unique color and figured we could do it ourselves for tons less money. We were correct. We always get stopped and people complimenting our shade. It’s easy for me to find my beach setup when returning from the water. I found some article and videos online to copy. We also made a carrying bag that doubles as the sandbag for the anchor.This fabric is quality and durable for this purpose. So far it’s held up well - we’ve used about 5x at the beach and always receive compliments. Super easy to set up. Great value. I wouldn’t say it’s waterproof but definitely water resistant.Colors are bright and vibrant. Use sharp scissors as with any fabric project - material is easy to cut.

Purchased this item for a special project, which may or may not work out. For the price, couldn't go wrong. Material is great quality!

good color , but a bit thin for my use

I use this to keep the light off of my jars of dehydrated foods so they will last longer. It works well, nice fabric. Easy to cut, although slippery. Will purchase again.

I would easily chalk this up as one of my most disappointing purchases from Amazon.For the price, I should of went to the Dollar Store-I probably would of been more satisfied and definitely richer.It’s flimsy, easily stainable, doesn’t hold well to the table, and it crinkles very easily.It’s banished to the patio table and see how long it’ll last out there.Nope for $8, this was a bad buy.

I bought this to replace a failed clear "vinyl" window on the fly of my REI half dome tent. This material is being sold as 40 D, compared to the 40 D used on the tent, this is very thin and lightly PU coated. The window panel I am replacing is not large (approx. 30"x14"), so I am going to go ahead and use it in this case, this was a larger job, I would have sent it back, being thinner than described.I do not feel it was a fair value, but it is light weight, so 3 stars it is.

I used this to make a tote for my daughter, to carry her breast pump and associated items to work. First time I’ve work with ripstop nylon, a learning lesson for me because it is so slippery, but it came out great. The fabric was as described, color was beautiful, and shipping was fast.

This fluorescent waterproof fabric has been wonderful for many reasons. I’ve used it to make a raincoat for my dog. I’ve also lined my favorite bags with it in order to see well inside. Such a deal. Great value for the money and very durable.
