This product works!
I have a bad right shoulder and moving the original shifter on my club car golf cart was so painful, I had to use my left arm most times. This new shifter has made all the difference. It's easy to move, it's at just the right angle, has just the right about of length and it doesn't interfere with the seating. I can now easily shift into drive or reverse, using my right arm, with no pain at all.

A Small, But Very Useful, Luxury!
I have to admit I felt somewhat dumb ordering a $25 shift knob for my very old Club Car golf cart, viewing it as an expensive luxury. I even got a second chance at not buying it when the amazon driver delivered an empty padded envelope (with a slit in the back.) But, I reordered the Caddy Shift and I don't regret it at all. In fact, even my wife said it was a great purchase. She is somewhat height-challenged and finds the new shifter much easier to reach and shift. And I agree- it is much nicer than the factory shifter and a small pleasure every time I use it. The Caddy Shift is more comfortable in the palm and definitely feels sturdier than the plastic toy-like factory lever.FYI, I replaced my Forward/Reverse Switch a couple of years ago with a generic switch and the magic screw needed to mount this Caddy Shift (unfortunately not included) is a stainless steel phillips oval head #10-32 × 5/8" long. Good luck- it is not easy to find.

Huge upgrade
The media could not be loaded. This makes it so much easier to shift, especially with a child in the middle. Easier to reach and handle, transitions very smoothly would definitely recommend. The original shifter Was so rusted on had to use a dremel to remove it however the installation of the new shifter went very smoothly. Used on a club car golf cart.
