I originally bought this mat to jump rope and exercise on, but, when I got the exercise bike, it was used to go under that. It is a very good and nice size mat. It is not thick, but it is heavy and durable. With the bike on it, you can see the mat being pushed down into the ground by the bike. But honestly, I think it is a good mat and serves the purposes that I need. Would definitely recommend.

I have a M7 max trainer and the mat sold with it. This supermats mat I use to go under a plastic spiked chair mat on high pile carpet. This super mat firms up underneath the plastic chair mat keeping it from sinking into the carpet too much on the wheels that would break the clear mat. Very strong and the spikes of the clear mat grip it but the black mat is not damaged being very durable. My M7 Trainer is on their brand mat that is more than 3x the price and this super mat is better. I would recommend this instead as it could be a home equipment stabilizer for carpets or protector for hard floors or to handle many other situations.

Perfect for dumbbells...barely an impression in the mat with 30 lb. dumbbells. Before ordering this mat, I searched high and low for the interlocking black spongy mats thinking they were the best for use with my dumbbells and weight bench. The area where I want to use the equipment is in a carpeted area, and I didn't want to damage the carpet in case I wanted to move the exercise area to another room. After researching and discovering this PVC mat I decided to give it a try. I've had the dumbbells on it for weeks and barely any impression into the mat even with 30 lb. dumbbells sitting on it. I'm so happy with it I ordered another to expand the workout area. The mat is very thin (just under 1/16" thick) and very firm. It arrives rolled up in maybe a 6" diameter roll, but unrolls and lays flat without any issue. Wonderful.UPDATE: I ordered a 2nd mat a couple of weeks after using the first, since I was so impressed. The 2nd mat was also good like the 1st, however, I noticed it is not to the same dimensions as the 1st. The 2nd was 1/2" shorter on both the width and length vs the 1st mat. That prompted me to measure both mats, and neither was really 3' x 4'. So, my conclusion is, the mats aren't cut very precisely and vary from mat to mat. Just be aware if you care.

I use this mat daily for skipping rope indoors on my hardwood floor and for various body weight exercises. The mat is very durable and the material is good quality. No significant odors. Lays flat and has a nice surface. I use it in combination with a yoga mat. I lay it on top of the yoga mat and it makes a very good cushioned exercise surface to use over my hardwood floors. Protects the floor and provides some cushion and comfortable surface. Quality product as described. Size is good for my needs.

I use this equipment mat to prevent my Dance Dance Revolution pad from sliding around on my living room rug. This non-slip texture is sturdy and the size of the mat is perfect for my needs. I wipe down the surface with a cleaning cloth and roll it up when not in use. Don't expect this mat to provide large amounts of cushion for high impact cardio exercises, you'll need something better suited for that. This is meant for the protection of the flooring underneath.

We travel and camp with our van. This sturdy mat protects the carpet in our high traffic area. It also allows us so slide the cooler in and out easily. The mat could be quite useful in many applications.

I’m using it under my circling bike. First of was in the living room on the hard wood floors - floors are 100% safe, no harm on the hardwood after 6 months use! Now it’s in the bedroom on luxury vinyl plank and I have no doubt the bike won’t harm the flooring!

Seems to work ok. Perfect fit. JUST enough thickness, without being cushy. Didn't have an odd smell when opened up (which is common with various plastics/rubbers)... And, laid quite flat as soon as it was unrolled.
