Fantastic meringue.
I use this to make extra fluffy buckwheat pancakes. Just fold a stiff meringue into a thick buckwheat batter and they come out extra light and tender. I've tried other products for this and nothing compares. It also blends quickly to make protein shakes. Really like this.

Great Quality
High quality but expensive. Not sure how long I’ll continue to afford it. I use this for Keto Egg White Bread. Excellent results attained.

It’s NOT egg white PROTEIN POWDER , it’s just egg white powder
“Judee’s Dried Egg White Protein Powder 5 lb” is written in their description, but it most certainly is NOT protein powder. And they know it, so SHAME ON YOU JUDEE’S. There’s a big difference between the two. In order to make egg whites into protein powder, there’s another step that further removes fat and water. That’s why when you go to make Marie Emmerich’s famous & delicious sandwich bread, she specifically asks for you to use egg white PROTEIN POWDER, WHICH THIS IS NOT! It matters, and greatly affects your ability to get the desired results. In my opinion, as long as they maintain that this is protein powder, they are making a false claim about this expensive product.

Not Like Liquid Egg Whites
Horrible taste. I love egg whites in liquid form, however I am putting these in the trash....yep all 5lbs.Chalky, hard, not edible. Big gamble and a waste of $120.
