The camera keeps dropping when tilted upwards.
I have used this only a few times so far, the issue I face is that when I tilt the camera upwards using the joystick the camera after 45deg falls back, the gimbal stops responding. I tried to contact the seller but they didn't bother to even respond. I haven't used it since. I don't know what to do with it. SELLER NOT RESPONDING.

Don't buy anything from Perfect Shot
This item worked like a dream for 10 months - then failed - electronics issue - Perfect Shot don't want to know anything about you if there are problems - no offer of refund/repair or replacement - just radio silence - great gimbal - dreadful dreadful re-seller
