Used the spike to make lamb gyros in my Orion cooker. Cannot even begin to describe how well this worked and how easy it was to load and cook on it. Worth the money. Clean up good. Wished I had an electric knife for trimming up the beef. Would buy again

I used this to make Al Pastor for a party and it worked perfectly. I have not tried the "hook" yet but seems like it would be great if you were cooking over an open fire or had a deeper smoker. The stainless construction ensures I don't need to worry about the metal reacting with my marinade and makes it dishwasher safe (I handwash it) should I choose to do that. Easy to stack up the pork, and stable design meant I didn't need to worry about it tipping over. Recommend.

Bought this for our smoker that did jot come with a rack for our meat. Works well. Great price and fast delivery. Very sturdy.

Does not hold up chicken like in the picture.

It exceeded my expectations! I used it for shawarma and creating a base for the shawarma and making sure it’s stable while in the oven made cooking that dish a whole chore but with this base it cut the prep time in less than half and I could completely forget about the food till it was done! It was also surprisingly easy to cleanDefinitely a good purchase!
